Just listed new items, including this large incense burner of compressed globular form, standing on a short circular base. Sides are embellished with four chased and engraved cartouches with figures and the interior features a dragon chasing after the flaming pearl. Base marked with a four-character seal mark 元和内造.

Beautiful large 19th century Chinese gilt lacquered hexagonal wooden box or a tea caddy. Embellished all around with numerous cartouches featuring figures, accompanied by precious objects and framed by intricate foliate and geometric borders all around. Dimensions: 26x23x14 cm

Rare pair of antique Chinese bronze trumpet vases, each featuring a finely detailed chilong dragon coiled around the neck. Height: 26 cm. Weight: 1.4 kg each.

Rare antique Chinese square-form bronze incense tool vase standing on four short feet atop an openwork base and flanked with a pair of ring handles. Surface appears to have been gilded and then varnished with traces of varnish visible in places. Possibly a Ming dynasty piece.

Stunning antique Japanese Edo period gilt lacquered box and cover - perhaps suzuribako or a similar type of box. Decorated all around with very finely detailed scenes featuring pine trees, blossoming prunus and what appears to be a small bamboo visible in the background, combination known as the Three Friends of Winter. They are accompanied by the Chrysanthemum mon (kikumon) and Paulownia mon (kirimon), traditional symbols of the Imperial family and Japanese Government.

My face before and after my morning coffee 😂

Brother from another mother, or in this case most likely brother by the same studio. Charming late 19th or early 20th century Japanese turned wood and papier mache containers. Fist one just listed in our shop. Second one sold by us some time ago.

Rare antique Indian rectangular Koftgari box with hinged lid and finely inlaid silver and gold decoration featuring leaf-shaped medallions enclosing gold flowers and surrounded by intricate scrolling tendrils framed by additional floral and geometric designs all around. Interior fully lined with wood. Dimensions: approx. 11.5x8.5x5 cm.

Rare Chinese Ming dynasty bronze figure depicting Weituo (Wei Tuo Pusa, also known as Skanda), a protective deity and guardian of Buddhist teachings. Depicted with a serene expression on his face, dressed in armour and standing on a rectangular base with his hands folded in front of him in Anjali mudra. He is framed on each side by a celestial scarf billowing above the shoulders and trailing down the sides.
