✨ Exciting News: Craft and a Pint Returns in March! 🎨🍺

After a little break, Craft and a Pint is back starting this March, and I couldn’t be more excited! Whether you’re a seasoned crafter or just looking for a fun, social evening with something creative to take home, these sessions are perfect for everyone.

🖌️ What’s New?
I’ve been busy coming up with fresh ideas for our workshops, so get ready for some exciting projects that are creative, sustainable, and, most of all, fun! From unique crafts to practical pieces, there will always be something new to enjoy each month.

🍻 What’s Craft and a Pint?
Every session includes all the materials you’ll need to create something amazing, plus your first drink of the evening (choose from delicious beer, cider, or soft drinks at Things Happen Here in Meadowbrook). It’s a relaxed 2-hour event where you can sip, chat, and craft at your own pace.

I’ll be sharing all the details, including dates, times, and our first project, in the coming weeks. Keep an eye out for the event page and make sure you don’t miss out—spaces are limited, and they fill up fast!

As some of you may know, I work at the Save the Children Charity Shop, and this year we took part in a competition for the best winter festive window display. I made the wreath, and my manager, Julia, created beautiful foliage artwork on the window. The wreath was crafted using a hula hoop base that was kindly donated to our shop.

The best news? We won first place for the best window display below the Eastgate Arch! Our win brought in £100 for the charity.
