Another full redec completed last week, was a push to get it all done ready for new tenants to move in but early mornings and a bit of weekend work made it happen!

This one was pretty tatty but now nice and fresh throughout!

A couple of days off with my boys and on to the next one later this week 👌

This is for another estate agent I have been put in contact with and seem to want to send job after job!!! 😂

A good tidy up throughout this 1 bed property ready for new tenants to move in!

Another one finished!

Went with Crown Extra Matt on the ceilings which I haven't used before but really impressed with the flat finish.

Walls we went Farrow & Ball colour Mizzle but mixed into Johnstone's Trade Paints Durable matt emulsion which of course is my go to!!!

All the yellow woodwork was sanded back, undercoated with Caparol UK halfprimer and finished with Benjamin Moore Scuff X Satin.

The added job of all the woodwork on stairway and landing was a bit of a mare! Getting all the old varnish and stain off which has been on there for 50 odd years was tough but after a few days the woodwork looks so much better! Went woth Polyvine wood dye in Mahogany and the varnished with Polyvine heavy duty clear varnish. Really finished off this area of the property.

Next couple of rooms to be done after Christmas!

Back to this property to get the biggest section done!!! Full redec throughout this large hallway, Stairs and landing with the added job of all the dark woodwork to tackle!! 🙄💪🖌🪜🏠

Full flat redec finished this week for a rental property! It was hot but I made it through!! 😂💪🖌

It was a mess and the woodwork was more yellow than the sun but a great transformation!!!

Nice oak doors sanded back and oiled.

Magnolia all throughout.

Front door is no longer purple!!

Woodwork finished with Scuff X.

And all complete!

Ceiling finished with Johnstone's Trade Paints Covaplus.

All walls in dining room and living room finished with Timeless mixed into Johnstone's Durable matt emulsion.

Feature wall finished with a crown colour Herb Mix but mixed into Johnstone's Durable matt emulsion as always!!!

Skirting frames and doors finished with Benjamin Moore Scuff X Satin

All done!!

A couple of door frames which were in a state but look slightly better now!

Walls have been finished in Farrow & Ball Blackened but mixed into Johnstone's Trade Paints Durable matt emulsion as always!
