🧶🌈 SAME WEIGHT ≠ SAME BRAND!

Who says you have to stick to just one yarn brand? Not us! 😍

This jumper is a perfect example of the joy of fibre freedom, colour clashes and mixing it up!

I’m designing this one as I knit, combining same-weight yarns from different brands to create something completely individual. Different yarns can bring their own texture, colour movement and character — and when you put them together, the results can be AMAZING! 💕💙💜💚

✨ Same weight? Mix them!
🌈 Different brands? Go for it!
🧶 Different colours? Absolutely!
🔥 Colour clash? Even better!

Knitting and crochet don’t have to be about following every rule. Sometimes the best projects happen when you experiment, play with colour and give yourself fibre freedom!

This is your permission to raid the yarn stash, put those unexpected combinations together and see what happens. 😉

Colour clash is not a problem… it’s a design feature! 😂🌈

Hi everyone!
Well, whether you loved or loathed the heat Summer is leaving us and Autumn is here.
It’s time to grab those hooks and needles and get creative for the cooler days on their way…some people are already organised and knitting their Christmas Jumpers!!!

As the nights start to get longer it is lovely to have something to look forward to so I have decided that Thursday will be creativity night at The Cove. For the first time we will be opening our doors between
6:30 – 8:30pm 10th September for The learning Hub

The learning Hub is all about learning new skills & brushing up current knowledge in a relaxed and friendly environment.

The Learning Hub:
6.30-8.30pm
Crochet for beginners
This course is 6 weeks long
From basics to granny square clothing
£120 full course (£115 if paid in full pre-start date)
To pay weekly £40 must be paid upfront and then payments of £20 until total of £120 is reached

Technology for beginners
6:30 – 8.30pm
From pressing the ON switch to social media these sessions will help you feel more confident when using your devices, apps, social media and the internet.
£20 per session per person
Spaces will be limited so book prior to the 10th September to guarantee yours.
