🏠When should you replace your flooring?

Flooring doesn't come with an expiry date... So how do you know when it's finally time to say goodbye?
Here are a few signs to look out for:
👣worn or flattened areas
🧵fraying, lifting or damaged edges that are getting worse
💦Water or moisture damage that can't simply be repaired
👃🏻lingering smells or stains that cleaning ko longer solves
🔇 New squeaks, movement or uneven areas underfoot
But here's the important bit...
Old doesn't automatically mean it needs replacing.
Sometimes a professional clean, repaired or a little maintenance can give your existing floor a new lease of life - and we'll always tell you if replacement isn't necessary.

When I am out and about visiting homes in Tunbridge Wells or I need to stop for half an hour and catch up on emails and messages, Black Sheep is my go to place. Their drinks menu is great and to top it off the waffles are amazing. I also Uber their waffles when I need a sweet treat in the office 😉. Give them a try, you won't regret it!

🍂 IT’S COSY CARPET MONTH! 🍂

The evenings are drawing in, the heating’s going on… and suddenly a warm, soft carpet feels VERY appealing. 🏡❤️

This October, we’re celebrating everything we love about carpet:

🧦 Warm and comfortable underfoot
🔥 Helps make your home feel cosier
🔇 Adds softness and reduces noise
🏡 Perfect for bedrooms, lounges and family spaces
✨ Available in colours and styles to suit every home

If your flooring is feeling a little less cosy and a little more past its best, come and have a chat with the Aztec team.

We’ll help you find a carpet that looks fantastic, suits the way you actually live and feels gorgeous underfoot.

Warmer. Softer. Cosier. That’s the Aztec way. ❤️
