Last night. Picnicking on the heath and down.

I’m closed for the bank holiday. It’s harder than I thought to be away but we haven’t had a summer holiday this year so I’m taking the time to be en famille before my little intern goes back to school on Wednesday. Or, in other words, getting his summer project finished, sewing labels into uniform, trimming his hair and spending a small fortune on stationery. There will be time for a car boot sale though.

Then it’s back to everything with gusto. Apparently. New term and all that. Although I kinda wish it could be summer forever. I have no idea how we’re all going to get out the house by 7:45am each morning. 🤪

A bit of new old stuff to distract you from the fact that I’ve been MIA. The reality is school holidays + self employed life always kicks my butt.

I’ve tried my best to capture the patina of these treasures but, as ever, you’re just gunna have to pop by to really ‘get it’. 🤗
