Did you know that this is the season for harvesting olives? 'Olive trees with the Alpilles beyond' was painted last summer at Eygalières in Provence by Maddy Gyselynck Fine Art; painted in oils on a handmade linen board and it looks gorgeous in this little wooden frame!

Today is International Artist's Day and there are so many artists we could choose from, but sometimes you get to a crossroads and then a clear solution presents itself!

This symbolic, atmospheric painting titled Gray and Gold by John Rogers Cox was created in 1942, just before America joined Second World War. The original oil on canvas lives at the Cleveland Art Museum, but we recently framed this print taken from the original.

Mr Doodle is known for doodling on absolutely everything, from house and everything in it to his clothes, car and even The Shard... you name it, he's doodled on it! This however is the first doodle that has made it to us to be framed. ✍🏻

Love this Sweet Pea canvas that we framed recently, and the gorgeous Gelato lime green tray frame (or should that be pea green?) from LION Picture Framing Supplies Ltd is the perfect choice to finish the look... sweet!

The South Downs Open exhibition opened this weekend and we were privileged to frame this gorgeous collage titled 'A Long Walk' by Ruth Waters Illustration, made up of a variety of local South Down views and now on display at Petersfield Museum and Art Gallery.

Best bench in football? If you've ever wondered, this is how you frame a seat cover! Along with a couple of mounted photographs behind, this Crystal Palace seat cover from Selhurst Park Stadium last season makes for an extra special commemorative gift!

We love the detail on these two embroideries, depicting a pair of fennels and artichokes on a simple blue and natural colour background. Face mounted and framed with a wood finish to compliment, they make a great little pair for the harvest season!

12th August 2026 saw a solar eclipse and this sequence documents the progression of the momentous event, framed in black with a window mount for the date to remember the occasion.

It's National Ice Cream Cone Day and check out this adorable photograph we had in to frame over the summer. What is your favourite ice cream flavour?

We placed this comic art in a white box frame with anti-reflective glass. Created by comic artist and illustrator Art by Minerva Fox, if you have ever wondered how pictures like this are made, you can actually watch along as she creates this picture on her YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sJcEzzTI5To
