Wow! I wasn't expecting quite so many questions from last week's seed sowing reel!

One of the biggest questions was about when to sow seeds in different growing zones and climates.

So, I thought I'd put together a little seed sowing series to help you grow beautiful flowers, wherever in the world you're gardening!

I'm certainly no expert, but I've been growing flowers for several years now and I'd love to share what I've learnt along the way, including my successes (and plenty of mistakes!).

My hope is to make seed sowing feel a little less daunting and help you grow with confidence.
I'd love to know where you're all growing!

Pop your country or growing zone in the comments below, and I'll use your answers to help shape the series.

It's October!! What on earth 🫣

This year has moved faster than I could keep up with.

So many beautiful weddings and thoughtful sympathy flowers to remember.

I really have met some wonderful humans along the way 🫶

Life at home has been hectic while we undergo major building work but we are nearing the end 🙌

Just in time for my Christmas workshops to be held in our new cosy setting 🎄

Workshop dates are now on my website, click the link in my bio to book!

When a customer asks for a bouquet in a bucket for a friend going through chemotherapy, you have to smile at the humour found in even the hardest moments.

It's a reminder that flowers aren't just beautiful—they're deeply personal. Every arrangement tells a story, and it's a privilege to create something that reflects the person receiving it.

I'm always happy to chat through your ideas and create something completely bespoke, whatever the occasion.

Happy to report that most of my dahlias bounced back after the recent frost nipped them!

I have only lost a 3rd of my tubers but thankfully still had some stock available for me to fill in the gaps.

A period of rain offers the perfect opportunity to w**d and plant new stock as the soil is perfectly prepped.

Time to get planting 💪

Heat loving snapdragons have put on some impressive growth these past few days!

They really are at home in the polytunnel.
