**UPDATE**

After a looong week and weekend of rain … I have finally managed to get Bambi* to the door in order to drain the tank … always a good idea after a move !

What that means is that everything is now shipshape and Bristol fashion and exactly where it ought to be … the machines, the mouldings and me !

This week I am hoping to send some more work home as I extricate it from behind the mayhem where it was placed for safety what seems like an aeon ago.

**UPDATE**

I thought I’d post a quick progress report and whilst I’m not quite so slow as my little friend here … some days I’m not quite sure if I’m taking one step forwards or one step backwards!

Last week’s big job was to get the racking up and move all the moulding lengths off the bench … and that is indeed done !! So now I’m putting everything in the right place on the benches and getting my work area … well workable !

This weeks job is to get the machines running and drain the compressor 😬

Thanks for all your comments and words of encouragement … I’m just keeping on keeping on ! If you’ve sent me a message or an email and I haven’t got back to you yet … please don’t be mad at me … there’s a lot going on 😁 and I will get back to you as soon as I am able !

***UPDATE*** (long post alert🥱sorry)

Facebook/Meta informs me that is has been over 100 days since I last posted to this page … and has recommended that I post some content to engage with my audience. 🧐
That is NOT why I am here.

For those of you who know me well … you will perhaps have a little insight into this absence … for those of you who are awaiting news of your framing … please know that this has singularly been one of the most testing six months that I have spent on this third rock from the sun.

During the past six months I have made some significant changes and helped to guide my children through some of theirs. I have completed much that I set out to do …
I am a completer … that is what I do …
I complete things.
If you need a good yarn come see me …
but not quite yet …

The final stage in the six months of change for me and Tinners’ is to reopen the shop, at the new premises on Market St. (A joyful return to our old stomping ground!😁) As I’m sure you’re aware .. this can and has not happened over night. The logistics of moving the machines and stock alone have lead to a vast consumption of ibuprofen. I’ve called upon some good friends for help … however, the bulk I have completed myself … and there is only one of me.

With this in mind … I’d like to say a massive “THANK YOU” to everyone who has waited so very patiently for me… I really do appreciate it and with the end firmly in sight .. I can honestly say … it will be worth it !

Pray for miracles, but plant cabbages.
