A New Chapter for This Fearn Home 😍
This kitchen, utility and dining project in Fearn has been one of our biggest undertakings to date — and seeing the full journey from start to finish makes the end result even more special.
We began by taking the entire space right back to its bones. Ceilings down, walls stripped out, insulation removed, floors lifted… everything was opened up so we could rebuild the structure properly and future‑proof the home. The “during” photos show just how extensive the work was — new framing, new insulation, new floor structure, rewiring, plumbing, and a complete re‑shape of the layout to make the space brighter, more practical and far more functional for everyday living.
Once the foundations were perfect, the transformation could really begin.
New ceilings, freshly plastered and decorated walls, new flooring throughout, and a beautifully designed kitchen and utility installed with care and precision. With its rich, deep cabinetry, modern appliances and a peninsular showcasing beautifully lit glass cabinets, the space now feels contemporary, refined and designed for long‑term living.
The utility room has been completely reimagined too — now a clean, organised and practical space with stacked appliances, smart storage and a calm colour palette that ties seamlessly into the kitchen.
The dining area completes the picture, giving the home a warm, stylish place to gather, cook and enjoy.
