A total stranger saved this man’s life.

Today is a very special day to our family and friends.

We are 2 years post transplant.
Andrew was diagnosed with terminal cancer and we were told he had less than two years to live.
Our last hope was a stem cell transplant, so our hospital began the search to find a donor. Unbelievably a donor was found in Germany and was 100% match. So two years ago Andrew started his transplant journey . It has been a very tough time with lots of ups and downs. We were told not to celebrate until he passed the two year mark.
So today is the best and most exciting day that we could have ever have hoped for.

Our donor was only 28 years old, we will never be allowed to know his name, or make contact with him. I don’t have the words to express my gratitude, and to convey what he has done for Andrew, so everyday I look up to the sky and say thank you to him where ever he maybe. You have given me my best friend and soul mate back and we can now start to enjoy the next chapter in our lives.

If you are able, please join the Anthony Nolan trust and register to be a donor, it is a painless procedure for the donor, and you could save a stranger life, there is no greater gift than that.

Sorry for the lack of posts on instagram. We are busy moving buildings at the farm, just to make things worse, today there are thunderstorms so we couldn’t get out of the building for flooding ! So Andrew being our ideas man, put us on a trolley and moved us to safety, before the flooding got worse.Amy of course is 6 months pregnant and was the first to go, I think she is enjoying it too much !!

This is Collier Antiques. Everyday we leave home just 10 minutes away and start work at this beautiful dovecote.

I never take it for granted how lucky we are, especially at the moment as its harvest time and the farm is very busy with tractors and trailers up and down the lanes ( I do love a tractor 🚜)
The drive down the lane is simply beautiful !

To those of you who have visited us in the granary building will know how special these historic buildings are.
We are in the middle of big changes moving our showroom downstairs and our storage and workspace upstairs.
This is the reason I haven’t been very active on instagram recently.

Lots happening and lots to show you in the coming months.

At present we are still welcoming our visitors in the old building and it is full to the gills with lots of fresh goodies, so if you are coming to the UK and would like to visit us just drop me a message.

We are a trade warehouse and appointment only, and welcome all our dealers from near and far, old and new.

A big thank you to Suzy and Will who own this beautiful farm , for constantly restoring and maintaining it and keeping it so special.
