Made lots of gorgeous bows yesterday, so obviously I had to share a picture 🎀

Every single one I made was pink — and all but one was Poppy & Daisy Liberty (the other was Michelle 🌸). Clearly pink is having a moment!

Now I really want to make one for myself… I’m thinking mauve corduroy with Emma & Georgina Liberty. It gives me such lovely autumn vibes 🍂

One of my favourite things about making your orders is seeing all the combinations come together — rich greens, mustard, pinks, teal, red… and a little Liberty print thrown into the mix.

There really are no rules. Pick the colours you love, mix them up, clash them if you want to, and create something completely your own.

Made in Liberty Theo with moss corduroy trim — I absolutely love this combination. 🌿

P.S. I don’t have much of Theo left in this colourway, so if this is the one you’ve got your eye on, don’t leave it too long to order.

One Liberty print, two completely different looks — warm orange corduroy or classic navy.

I love how changing just the trim can bring out completely different colours in the same fabric.

There’s something about handmade things that becomes more special with time 🤍

We got our ruler from a small business years ago - Wooden Height Chart Ruler and I don’t think I realised then quite how much a part of our family it would become.

Every year, the kids genuinely look forward to standing against it and adding their newest little mark. Watching those lines creep higher and higher is lovely… and also slightly heartbreaking 🥹

It’s covered in names, dates and memories now, and I already imagine a day when my grandchildren might have their heights marked alongside their parents’.

That’s what I love so much about buying handmade. Sometimes you’re not just buying a thing. You’re buying something that quietly becomes part of your home, your traditions and your family story.

And one day, it might be passed down with all those memories already written into it.

Handmade really is special. 🤍
