Trade Beds Direct Ltd are a leading supplier of beds to the trade industry looking to recruit a ‘Customer Service Administrator’ to join our office based in Besthorpe, Norfolk.
We have seen a consistent increase in sales over the past year and as a result are seeking to expand our existing team of administrators so that we may continue to offer a high level of service to our customers.
Are you somebody that takes pride in their work? Then you could be just what we’re looking for. Your friendly demeanour, positive attitude and eye for detail will be advantageous and help you to stand out from the crowd.
Responsibilities -
Handling telephone calls and emails from customers and suppliers.
Contacting customers to arrange prompt delivery of their purchases.
Resolving claims for faulty or damaged goods.
Liaising with suppliers and couriers to ensure timely deliveries.
Dealing with complaints to a high standard.
Updating and maintaining documents.
Creating, maintaining and entering information into databases.

Person Specification -
The ability to write precisely and create accurate documents.
A very good level of written and spoken English.
A polite and friendly telephone manner.
Strong communication skills.
A flexible approach to tasks.
Must be a team player.
Experience in a customer focused role is desirable but not essential.
Office experience is desirable but not essential.
