Quick turnaround for our friends @ Randox Health Ltd .

One of there health centres completed in the Bentall shopping centre over in Kingston , natural hessian and Ral 6005 on the board work finished in diamond Matt .

Woodwork finished in Ral 7021 mixed in the aqua advanced satin , love this product 😍🔥

Perfect time to finish the facade metal works on our RVP car park project over the next few weeks , with handover fast approaching the team are making the most of the sun and completing what’s left of the front elevation external works 🔥☀️☀️.

Remember it’s important to stay hydrated , as covered as possible and protected with the relevant UV creams 😎

A comprehensive re-furb here internally and externally for a repeat client of ours .

All the external stained timber treated with the extra durable before a top coat of yacht varnish in a high gloss finish , the porch area completed in the masterdec opaque , aside form the front doors and internal sections , the client wanted these stripped and coated with the classic wood stain then another coat of yacht varnish to match the existing internal areas .

Soffits and facias in Allcoat , metal works in combi colour and for the internals, we finished the ceilings in AFI , walls in durable Matt emulsion matched to pale French gray .

The internal door and frame sets had some significant damage /scratches so we treated these to a Ronseal wood filler , which we tinted with the teak wood die to match the existing colour , along with some wax filling here and there , before another Sadolin classic then a top of yacht varnish 🫡🔥🔥

Tricky project with a lot of trial and error samples to get the finish right for the doors , but really happy with it

A new start on this project in Eridge this week , external refurb on the windows , doors and cladding . Going back the same colour being Basalt

Week one on one of our high end residential’s for our friends at Hogan and Co developments this week , plenty of colour on this one with a and kinda colour scheme 🫡🔥

Lots going on at our Ferox Hall project this week , ground floor of the Annex being brought forward ready for floors next week before we pull off for a week or so then return for a mega 7 week summer break turnaround

On to our third for health and wellbeing company Randox this week over in Kingston .

Unusual concept on this one with the walls stopping to the underside of the services being exposed, just 1 central ceiling and lean two’s to contend with 🫡

Phase 1 of our Ferox Hall boarding house annex re-furb complete . Moving into the main house this summer , a mammoth of a project throughout the summer break .

AF1 on the ceilings diamond Matt on the walls and we’re using the Aqua advanced on the wood and metal works 🫡
