Huge apologies for delays in production.

We have had some hiccups with our relocation and we will be up and running again soon. Happy New Year and heres to a productive 2026.

We were in Thailand again in December ....and the name Jasmine Moon Candles was inspired and borne from this beautiful tradition of the Light Festival they celebrate every year.

Hi all. I am just after opinions.

My idea of using Essential Oils and natural wax was when I had my health coach head on and I wanted all natural, paraben free, non toxic/reduced toxic, GMO free, Sustainable, recyclable items and products.

Recently we have spent a lot of money on testing and purchasing products for our Jasmine Moon Candle business and we want to do right by our future customers.

These candles have a mood wellbeing vibe and I want people to enjoy the scents. To uplift. To bring warmth if someone is feeling low, to inspire the mind if you are feeling creative, to relax you whilst reading a book, to enjoy whilst supping a brew.

However I spoke to a lovely friend of mine who incidentally has The Witch and the Wheel Melanie Swift who has given me food for thought. Go buy her candles by the way as she has an amazing range of candles related to the seasons. Thank you for your insight Melanie Swift and I wanted to do what you did by asking customers what they thought. Thank you for your kindness yesterday.

So, everyone, I will ask you this and I appreciate your feedback.
🍋🎃🌹Would you prefer as a customer a scent that you enjoy or would you prefer the actual ingredients of how the candle was made. Would the feeling and the smell, the aroma mean more to you than the wax, or the plant oils or fragrance oils.

PS: I don't use paraffin wax)

This will help Ben and I grow the business and test more. This way we get customer views and what you would like to see for Christmas, Halloween and Valentines Day, Pregnancy, (Safety), Mothers Day, and don't forget the guys too. They often love a candle.

Dr Yvonne Burkart is a PhD Toxicologist and former Senior Toxicologist in the flavour and fragrance industry. She is also the creator of the YouTube channel, ‘Yvonne Burkart, PhD’.

She talks on Youtube to Steven Bartlett about the dangers of fragrances in candles and also using paraffin. Researched based.

We use 100% grade Essential Oils and plant based Rapeseed & Coconut wax. Nothing synthetic here.
Definitely worth a watch before you buy candles from shops or small businesses that contain soy or paraffin.

Making more wax melts and essential oil candles behind the scenes. Testing and quality assurance builds trust that we are abiding by EU legislation, The British Candlemakers Federation and UK Trading Standards compliant. 🌲

When it comes to waxes, oils and safety it all takes time to ensure we are covering all bases for products to comply with labelling, correct waxes, oils, packaging and jars. 🌲

Time consuming but worth it. 🌲

We will be receiving another order of supplies today. Including some Rose Greanium oil. One of my faves. 🌲
