When I designed the interior of the shop I wanted to work with local craft people to build the internal shelving and was able to work with a local carpenter to build country style units to give a country feel to the shop. I wanted the interior of the shop to reflect the market-town feel of Uttoexter, ensuring that it had a traditional and country feel to it. The stock displays are refreshed to rind in the seasonal changes and showcasing new arrivals to the shop. The product range stocked at Emma's is very wide and purchased through a number of suppliers. It ranges from baking, bread making, cooking equipment, pans, serving dishes, dinner services through to condiment sets, if customers ask for specific items then I will look to adding to the stock ensuring that the stock is tailored to what shoppers are wanting. Customer Service is paramount to me, so no matter what question customers pose or problems that they may have with an item I will help.
