Along with numerous failures this one stood out to us why you should fully test residential dwellings.

As you see numerous spurs from one socket within a 32 amp ring main there is a cable connected that is undersized and imposes a fire risk 🔥

This client is lucky a fire did not break out and it’s vastly important you hire people that do the job properly and know what they are doing.

Paying cheap to get electrical tests/works carried out so you can get as much money out of rentals etc could you more in the end by losing your property.

It’s not only the electricians responsibility to do the work properly but it’s also the landlords responsibility to hire a suitable qualified contractor!!!

❗️❗️New project completed ❗️❗️

This job was a challenge from the moment we walked through the doors which we was tempted to walk away before we started but
- False promises
- walls built limiting access before we start🙈
- reduced time frame
- poor site management
- electrical designers not taking advice on issues that will occur upon opening, such as inrush currents to cause the video walls to trip which actually happened 🫣
-They thoroughly tried to find stuff where they could counter charge us with no 🤩
-Construction client was frustrated with the main contractor of how incompetent they were.

-AND THIS WAS A FAVOUR TO GET THE JOB DONE AS THE ORIGINAL ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR PULLED OUT OF THE JOB.

Now we know why.

But as anything this did not beat us and was a lesson learnt that you cannot trust anyone in construction and only made us stronger.

The job was completed with no issues
