💜 Burst of Lavender 💜

Every tissue canvas starts with a blank board and a sheet of delicate tissue paper. I lay it down and let it crease and fold, and those wrinkles become the textures you see in the finished paintings.

In this painting, I then marked out the rows, blocked in deep blues and golden light, and built the lavender up layer by layer. The lone tree started out bare, then burst into blossom as the field came alive with pinks and purples.

Cheddar Gorge from my South West Collection 🌿

Dramatic cliffs, winding roads and the beautiful Somerset countryside — Cheddar Gorge is full of inspiration. I’ve captured it here in warm golden tones, with touches of pink and purple bringing the landscape to life.

It’s been all hands on deck at the studio this week 🎄

We’ve been folding, wrapping and packing hundreds of my tea towels, ready to head to stockists across the UK for Christmas shopping. A huge thank you to the team for every fold, sleeve and stack!

Each tea towel is printed on 100% cotton and features my artwork of the places we love. It also comes with a little “My Story” card that shares the story behind the art with whoever unwraps it.

They’re one of my favourite little gifts, easy to post and lovely to tuck into a hamper, Christmas stocking or Secret Santa parcel. 🎁
