To our valued customer

Following a decline in sales performance over the past year and reduced visibility of product posts on Facebook, we have made the difficult decision to discontinue our website operations.

The website's low traffic volume has rendered its maintenance economically unsustainable.

Regarding Enchanted Chic Scents, this decision was not made lightly, as we have cherished the opportunity to create wax melts, room sprays, and related products. Regrettably, due to significantly reduced sales in recent months, we can no longer sustain the business. We deeply regret that our five-year journey is concluding.

We extend our sincere gratitude to each customer for their unwavering support. However, given the current circumstances, we have no alternative but to cease operations.

We remain hopeful that we may be able to revive Enchanted Chic Scents in the future.

Over the next few weeks, we will be liquidating our remaining inventory through sales on this platform.

We appreciate your understanding and continued support.
