A BIG WELCOME TO PAUL BOYES
We’re delighted to announce that Paul Boyes has joined Interior Door Systems (IDS) as our new Operations Manager.
Paul brings with him a wealth of experience across the KBB industry, with a strong understanding of manufacturing, operations, people and customer expectations — alongside the leadership experience needed to drive performance and growth.
As IDS enters an exciting new phase of growth, Paul will play a key leadership role within the business, working closely with Chris & Sam to help shape and deliver our plans for the future.
A major part of that opportunity is sliding doors.
Paul is particularly excited about the potential to expand and develop our sliding door offering, building on the strong products, manufacturing capabilities and customer relationships IDS already has in place.
With increasing opportunities within the KBB market, our ambition is to grow the sliding door side of the business significantly — while continuing to develop the quality, choice, service and reliability that our customers expect from IDS.
Paul’s role will be instrumental in making that happen, from leading our teams and developing people, to improving capacity, processes, efficiency and quality, ensuring our operation is ready to support the next stage of growth.
This is about more than managing the day-to-day.
It’s about building a stronger operation, developing our people and creating the capacity to grow. 🚀
