✨🏡 A Stunning Transformation in Appleton ✨

We recently had the pleasure of transforming this home with Lignum Strata Harvest Oak Herringbone Engineered Flooring – and what a difference it’s made! 😍✨

🔨 First, we removed the old skirting boards and fully prepped the subfloor by priming, screeding, and levelling to ensure a perfect base.

📐 Once ready, we carefully planned and set out the herringbone pattern so it complemented the layout of each room beautifully.

🪵 The flooring was then installed by fully bonding it to the subfloor with MS Flex adhesive for a strong and lasting finish.

⚪ Finally, we fitted brand new 5” MDF Torus skirting boards, giving the whole space a crisp, clean finish.

The results speak for themselves – our customers were absolutely delighted with how their home has been transformed! 🤩👏

✨ Downstairs Loo Transformation! ✨
🚽💧 From Flood Damage to Fabulous Finish 💪

This little space had a big problem — flood damage meant the old flooring and skirting boards had to be completely ripped out. But with some expert floor prep and high-quality materials, we gave this downstairs loo a brand-new lease of life!

✅ We started by scraping and sanding away all the old glue, dirt, and residue — essential for a flawless finish.
✅ Applied 2 coats of primer to eliminate dust and improve adhesion.
✅ Installed stunning Harvey Maria Aubrey Forge Black LVT Flooring using F48 high-temp adhesive for durability and strength.
✅ Finished it off with sleeM.C Flooringkirting boards for that perfect polished look.

We’re absolutely delighted with the transformation — and so is the customer!

🚨 Farmhouse Flooring Transformation! 🚨
💥 From Flood Damage to Flawless Finish 💕

We were called in after flood damage from an upstairs bathroom left this beautiful farmhouse’s solid oak flooring warped and raised beyond repair 😢

After a full inspection, we decided the best option was a full replacement. Here’s what we did:

🔧 Uplifted the damaged flooring
🧼 Removed all old glue from the subfloor
🪨 Primed & self-levelled the floor using Ardex NA
🛡️ Applied a DPM (Damp Proof Membrane) for moisture protection
🌳 Finished with V4 EC103 Canyon Oak Engineered Flooring – and it looks absolutely stunning!

We’re really proud of how this one turned out — a total transformation! 😍

We had the pleasure of giving this stunning property in Lymm a complete flooring makeover — and what a transformation it was! 👏⸻

Preparation 🧹🔨

Upon inspection, we noticed uneven areas in the existing floor, which needed correcting before laying the new herringbone flooring. With several different subfloors throughout the space, we: • Ply-boarded the floorboarded areas • Poured self-levelling screed to create a smooth, flat, and clean surfaceThis prep work is crucial for a flawless final finish.⸻

Installation 🛠️🪚

Once the prep was complete, we set out the layout with precision to ensure the best visual impact.We then installed Lignum Fusion’s Desert Oak Herringbone Flooring, flowing it seamlessly throughout the house — no door plates needed, creating a beautifully open and cohesive space. ✨⸻

It’s safe to say this has truly transformed the house into a home. 🏡💬

Happy Mothers Day 💕💕

After 📸. &. Before 📸

The customer was frustrated with their old flooring that had been down for 15 years and ready for a change! During discussions about various flooring options, they were shocked to learn how simple it was to replace their worn-out floors with new water-resistant options. Many other flooring companies had made it seem like an impossible task, but this new solution was both easy and effective.

We replaced the old tired flooring with Quickstep Impressive Ultra IMU1854 Soft Oak Light.

This product feature :-

Water resistant 💦✅
Scratch guarded ✅
UV & Pet friendly ✅
Matching doorplates & accessories ✅

We didn't have to take the skirting boards off as we purposely matched the height of the new flooring to the old flooring. It's fantastic 5G click system makes the installation so much easier when going under door linings, architraves & skirting boards.

This flooring was ideal due to a high traffic area and an active garden loving dog!

No more dirt trails.... just a nice clean mop 👍

🔥🔥Transformation Thursday 🔥🔥

😍 V4 ZB201 Smoked Oak Herringbone Flooring 😍

What an amazing project to be a part of!☺️

Firstly we had to plyboard and screed the existing subfloor to ensure it was flat ready for installation. 🔨

We then primed then put a primer & DPM ( Damp proof membrane) down to ensure the area was clean and no moisture could pe*****te through 💪

Now to our favourite part.... we installed and fully bonded over 65m2 of V4ZB201 Smoked Oak Engineered Herringbone Flooring setting it out carefully and using MSFlex Adhesive.. We ran this all through the house from the hallway through to the kitchen/diner and snug room 🥰

We then finished the Job with 5" Torus Skirting board and fitted the door plates and accessories to finish the job complete.

Customer was amazed with the transformation 🏡🏡
