Nice job completed last week. New build 3 storey house fitted with J2 Timber Greige LVT on the entire ground floor , Cushion vinyl to the 2 bathrooms and a nice carpet fitted to 3 bedrooms , study , landings and 2 x staircases.

Plenty of prep on this job using Ardex NA screed then fitting Polyflor Expona Commercial parquet.

Sierra Exempla RECLAIMED OAK small and large parquet fitted in a hallway , kitchen and 2 lounges. Step in kitchen finished off with a Stairrods Uk brushed chrome trim.
Floor prep was Ardex K40 Flow over the top of flooring grade ply.

Polyflor Expona Commercial - EVERGLADE OAK parquet fitted this week. All prepped with 6mm flooring grade plywood and feather finish.

Karndean Opus Weathered Elm carried on from a kitchen / Dining Room I did 2 years ago. The customer wanted the carpet changing in the hall and the flooring continuing into the hall and WC. Some stock Amtico fitted in the under stair cupboard.
