So much beautiful architectural detail to work with here..

We’re starting work on this Victorian family home, focusing on the ground floor from the entrance hall through to the new extension

The existing details give us a really strong starting point for how we develop the new spaces and connect them back to the original house, while introducing some contemporary elements throughout

We had the pleasure of attending the Built Environment Dinner last week.
It was a great evening meeting fellow creatives, making new connections, and catching up with familiar faces.

A contemporary kitchen we designed around a softer palette of concrete, mixed stone surfaces and a microcement media wall. With the island being such a dominant feature within the space, we wanted to break up its mass by introducing a sculptural butcher’s block in Cosentino’s ‘Ceppo’, giving it an almost sedimentary rock feel.

To bring a more urban feel to the scheme, we also incorporated integrated herb gardens clad in stone, adding texture, greenery and a lived-in feel to the space.
