We are pleased to announce at the St Nicks Fayre we raised £246 for PUMA Plymouth hospital /Ukraine humanitarian / medical aid. This money will go towards transport costs to Ukraine. As some of you know last month we took down to Plymouth a car load of bedding, knitted clothing, toys, blankets and other clothing items such as coats /shoes and socks.

Items left over from the sale will be sent to local charities such as prem baby unit/ childrens homeless centre/ adult homeless shelters/ child and family centres.

Transport to Ukraine had difficulty getting through the snow this time. Therefore it is possible no more runs until the spring. We will be collecting dried foods/ soups/ cereals/ rice/ flour / pasta/ sugar/ tea/ coffee and unwanted medications for the spring run, so any donations can be taken to the Picnic Hamper at Monument Business Park on Monday and Wednesday mornings or John Hambden Hall on a Thursday afternoon when the Pop Up Cafe is open.
