On our staircases we use 32mm staircase string (which in our experience should be the minimum thickness used). All our staircases are dry fitted in our factory after manufacturing, saving your carpenter or staircase installer hours in on site installation time. We can deliver your staircase within 7-10 working days from receipt of a signed drawing (subject to a standard staircase specification). Once your staircase order is placed a designer is allocated to your staircase project and is on hand should you have any questions to ask.
