" After calling a couple of the national companies to get a quote who didn't even bother calling me back or arriving for an appointment I was frustrated, so I chose to contact a local firm The Nottingham Window company.
A quick call to their office on a Saturday morning and an appointment was made for Ian to pop over and give us some advice, i was told there is no pushy sales, and no price will be given at the appointment ,a quote would be sent after the appointment , Ian would show us their products take some measurements and give me some advice if we wanted it, music to my ears i normally hate sales people in my home.

Ian arrived on time looked at my home and sat down and gave me some advice what he thought would look good, and even coaxed me into a picture window in my kitchen rather than two expensive bi fold doors that I had originally set my heart on which saved me some money, now i knew he was selling his products but he also wanted it to look good too.

Now it didn't go to plan to be honest and I run a business and not every job goes to plan and unfortunately this went a bit Pear shaped ,manufacturing faults and delays in the manufacture of a door but rather than run from the problems The Nottingham Window company sorted the problems out swiftly and professionally Jonathan , Adrian, Aran we all stars all very apologetic and so courteous and so professional through out the fit .

They did what they said they would do, no hard push great advice and great looking windows and the Picture window absolutely fabulous it looks out over my garden from the kitchen bringing the house into a different league I thought I knew what I wanted Ian's flair and imagination and knowledge of his products was first class thank you Nottingham Window Company for an lovely Job."
