The final touches made to this property in Ditton, within 5 years this house has been decorated top to bottom twice, however this time there was the additional work of the exterior to do converting all wood to black and giving the property a much more modern feel… the interior now has much more flow and has truly turned this house into a home. An amazing project for amazing customers.

Exterior time again, up in Lincolnshire on behalf of my Dads firm Kev Forman Roofing Services I restored the fascia and soffit on this 1930s property, unfortunately I forgot to take photographs before the old metal guttering was removed, however you can see the beginnings of the new Guttering installation which will look great once all completed ✔️

We always set a standard for our work and it’s great to receive feedback like this, I cannot take any credit for this as Tommy Burgess was present on the job. Tommy is an integral part of the team, he started with me at the age of 16 and has developed and grown into an amazing decorator and a great young man, I’m proud to label this guy not only as a work colleague but also a friend…. Decorating involves more than meets the eye. It's a skilled craft that transforms spaces. In this case, a skylight installation left the interior unfinished. I used timber and plasterboard to construct the necessary areas. The process required multiple visits to allow full drying times, completed the second filling phase with , to achieve a seamless finish. One more visit required to sand and paint, the end result will be a stunning finished skylight reveal

That’s exactly what happened over in Orpington, a solid oak kitchen which was out dated but also too good to throw away..

On this particular job the customer had all the kitchen repositioned handles and worktops changed but it’s still their original kitchen..

It’s been almost 80days since our last post and that’s down to how busy we have been.

It’s always busy this time of year as we all want our homes to look as good as possible before the big guy arrives 🎅 🎄

Yesterday we completed another Hall Stairs and landing in Kings Hill for a really nice family, colour choice was Summer linen mixed up in our paint of choice, Dulux heritage velvet Matt.

All the woodwork being completed after preparation and undercoat in high gloss.

Another exterior job on Kings Hill completed last week (before the rain came back)

This time of year always requires some quick changes within the schedule to help get all exterior projects completed, thankfully we have brilliant customers who allow us to do what it takes to get everything done as efficiently as possible.

This beautiful property has had all windows prepared, undercoated and top coated using dulux weathershield gloss… the detail across the middle brought back to life with weathershield masonry paint, the top trim and all window ledges and lintels also finished in weathershield masonry.

Another lovely job for excellent customers…
