Wow after starting this bathroom rip out during Covid I have finally completed it. Not bad for 4 and a half years. 😬😬. Lucky the client was me and the bathroom was mine. Happy with the outcome.

Living room refurb I started today. Coving removed and ceiling to be made good. New skirting being fitted, flooring taken up ready for new to be fitted, re decoration and walls to be papered. Finished with a new light to be fitted. Completed pics to follow.

I’ve just completed this floor for a client in Thames Ditton. They had it laid a while back and the previous tradesman had laid the tiles/adhesive direct onto caberboards, (I don’t think the boards were screwed down) no PVA seal and the boards and tiles were not back buttered. Safe to say some of the tiles cracked and the grout fell out. But it Made it easy for me to remove and clean the tiles to re use some of them. I had to remove all the adhesive and seal the flooring. Then I installed a ditra Matt to tie it all in. Finish photos to follow.
