The finished room is the bit everyone sees. Here’s what goes into getting it there 💪🏼👩🏻‍🎨

Before we choose finishes or furniture, we work out who the space is for, how it needs to function and where the budget will make the biggest difference.

Then we bring it all together: layouts, materials, kitchens, lighting, joinery and the details that are much easier to get right on paper than change on site.

The moodboards set the direction. The drawings and specifications help turn it into reality. And the final styling makes it feel like somewhere you want to spend time.

Every project is different, so we tailor our involvement to the support you need.

Don’t get me wrong, I love ChatGPT. I use it myself 🙋🏼‍♀️

But there’s a big difference between asking AI to make a room look beautiful and actually designing a space that works.

A pretty picture doesn’t tell you whether your kitchen layout is practical, whether your furniture will fit or whether you’ve spent your budget in the right places.

And sometimes the best design decisions are the ones you’d never have thought to ask ChatGPT about in the first place!

Good interior design isn’t just about how a room looks. It’s about understanding how people live, spotting problems before they happen and making every decision count ✅

Use AI for inspiration but don’t make the mistake of trying to design your dream home with it ❌

What do you think about trying to design your home with chat GPT?!

Just me doing my first ‘voiceover’ 😂Be kind to me because this took a lot longer than it should have! You’ll see me with a mini microphone calling myself a content creator next week 😂

I went furniture sourcing for a client this week and decided to video some of my favourite pieces I found on
All of the rich woods, strong textures and luxury material finishes were the stand out choices 👌🏻

7 spaces that have inspired my client designs this week 👀😍
They’re giving cosy, autumn luxury. It’s the season of warm tones and plenty of texture 🔥

What we’ve been up to in the 3 weeks I haven’t posted…
✅ Designed 2 homes for clients, Phase 1 (2 living rooms, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 kitchen diners)
✅ Created multiple CGI’s to showcase a new build development
✅ Paid back 100’s of thousands back to private investors (5 months earlier than required) 💰
✅ Sold a house
✅ Buying a freehold of a leasehold property
✅ Solicitor admin to complete on a new project of ours
✅ Found a new HMO tenant
✅ Kept 2 children alive, literally (Exclusively breastfed my 3 month old son & managed my T1D daughters blood levels) Both of which are full time jobs 🙈

Laughing at my old self at the times we thought we were too busy when we had no children and didn’t run 2 businesses 🫠🙃
In all seriousness though I think I thrive off being busy and I design some of my best work under pressure so I think I’ll just take a break when I’m dead 😂💀

My favourite hobby is transforming inhabitable spaces into beautiful homes for people to live ❤️
A sneak peak into just one of the room transformations at this project!
This house is now on the market and currently has a whopping 17 viewings lined up within 48hours of being live! We must be doing something right 🤗🏚️🏡

On the 16th March, our lives were turned upside down. In the middle of client projects, new ones about to start, our own projects moving forward & with our 2nd baby arriving in just 5 weeks.

Winnie (our 2.5 yr old) was admitted to hospital after we noticed symptoms & she was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. Like so many people, we knew absolutely nothing about this silent condition and overnight it felt like we had to literally become doctors & learn everything there is to know to keep her well. From administering multiple injections a day to constant blood monitoring to carb counting every thing she eats, the constant stress of whether we’ve given her too much/little insulin and the kitchen turning into a fully fledged chemist, the list goes on😅

After 5 days in hospital, we came home and have been navigating this new 24/7 way of life which, if I’m honest, has completely knocked us sideways. Two weeks in, we’re slowly finding our feet (although no 2 days are the same) and it’s already taught us so much. We’ve already learnt to have more patience, perspective and a much deeper appreciation for the small things in life❤️

Through it all, Winnie has been nothing short of incredible. So brave and innocent. She absolutely loves her new little “superhero stamp” on her arm and proudly shows it off to everyone, including the dog, multiple times a day🤣

I don’t usually share much of our personal life here but this felt important and it also explains why we’ve been a little quieter than usual. We’re still very much here, working away, adjusting to a slightly different routine (with an extra pair of little hands helping us👧🏼)

If anyone has experience with T1D, I’d genuinely love to connect. It can feel like a bit of a lonely world at the start and we’re so grateful for the support of our family & friends. We couldn’t have got through these first weeks without them🙏🏻

Here’s to a new chapter with our little superhero and very soon becoming a family of four🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒
Safe to say after the last couple of weeks, giving birth and having a newborn feels like it might be the easy part🤣❤️ Newborn sleep deprivation has nothing on T1D sleep deprivation, I assure you🤣

DESIGN, SELL, BUILD ✅
Our client knew they weren’t going to sell their development with only the foundations poured and a few architect floorplan images.

They reached out to us to help them bring the floorplans to life, allowing them to market the development off plan and secure early sales.

Some of the design choices and suppliers were already chosen, so we worked with them to bring those key details to life before designing the spaces by complimenting each and every detail with carefully selected furniture/accessories that their target buyer would love 😍🏡
The result? Plot sales secured pre-build ✅

(Just 2 images of the 16 we created)
