Fresh scones made in my TM7. I used a Mary Berry recipe that had be sent to me from a friend then added into the created recipes folder.
The jam is a Cookidoo recipe made last night. Both of these were made to take to my sisters for her birthday 🎁

I am now adjusting to my life on insulin. Last night was the first time I have struggled and needed a chocolate fix and oh my word this chocolate Greek yogurt cake hit the spot.
I found this recipe on a Facebook group called diabetic friendly recipes & meal ideas. I had to give a rough guess with the measurement as I am waiting for my cup measures to arrive.

1 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 eggs
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup almond flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
Handful of sugar-free chocolate chips (optional)
I added in 2 tbsp sugary
1️⃣ Mix all the ingredients until smooth
2️⃣ line A loaf pan and pour all the mixture in
3️⃣ Bake at 175°C (165°C fan) for 28 to 35 mins until set
4️⃣ allowed to call before slicing

Optional topping plain Greek yoghurt and a sprinkle of cocoa powder

I have now added this to my cookidoo as a created recipe and set it as
Add all the ingredients together and mix for 2 mins on speed 3.5

It’s BBQ time. Yesterday I had to cater for three different people with three different tastes. The first chicken was marinated in so I get from Costco. The second chicken was marinated in the Cookidoo spicy Cajun rub that I made the other night and the last chicken was marinated in fat-free Greek yoghurt with a sprinkle of chicken tikka powder (this one is for me as I am back on Slimmingworld) I also made the five second traffic light salad which is also a Cookidoo recipe
