Loving the monogram I decided to recreate my new version whilst incorporating it.

Hello & Welcome!

Regardless of how long I’ve known you or in what capacity, I’m so glad you’re here.

I’mAura Glow - Atelierhind Aura Glow - Atelier.
I’ll be honest right from the start, 𝑰 𝑫𝑶𝑵'𝑻 𝑫𝑶 𝑹𝑼𝑵 𝑶𝑭 𝑻𝑯𝑬 𝑴𝑰𝑳𝑳.

I started crocheting last September as a hobby, but it quickly became my passion, and truly, my lifesaver. Navigating a rare autoimmune condition requires a lot of resilience, and this craft has provided the sanity and focus I can work with at my own pace. People often call me determined, but I think it’s just that I’m reliable enough to keep going when things get tough.

The Technical Edge
I’ve never been one for 'easy makes.' In fact, I’ve still never made a scarf or a granny square! I found my talent on the technical side, 3D engineering, ( I enjoyed physics at school!) and I bring that same architectural focus to my bags.
• Premium Materials. I use high quality macrame and T-shirt yarn because I want my pieces to have structure and actually last.
• The Signature. Every piece includes a 'surprise lining' because I love bringing a bit of beautiful energy and a 'wow' factor to the people I connect with.

Learning in Public
I’m currently expanding onto new platforms where artists are showcased. It’s exciting and, yes, a bit scary! I’m laying the foundations out for all to see, including the mistakes. That’s how we learn, and how we grow.

Let's Connect
I value being kind and supportive, and I want my work to reflect that warmth. I’m not interested in making something ordinary, if it isn’t a masterpiece I’m proud to share, it isn’t mine.

So, if you are searching for something special, something with a little more 'soul' than the norm, then you’ve come to the right place.

I'm always happy to chat and see if I can work a design that fits your personality while staying true to my own creative spirit.

New year and I’ve made a couple of bags.

I’ve not updated here as people just don’t seem to be following.

But I’m going to share my latest bag.

I’ve named her the Latte Lattice handbag.

With not one, but two straps. And both removable. So options for a full chain cross body, all interwoven with matching cord.

Then a short spiral crocheted handle. It took me a while to get to grips with this one. But I think you’ll agree it is stunning. And holds it structure.

The bag itself is crafted from 2mm macrame. And yes it’s tough in the fingers to work with. But it holds its structure.

The hardware is all silver. Timeless elegance. And then the unexpected. Not just lined bag, but a milk chocolate taffeta faux silk lining. With a gorgeous pattern. The added sophistication.

Oh and all the ends are fused with heat. For the addd security and longevity.

Am I happy? YES.

BUT………….. version 2 is on the go, and I’ve upped the anti. Sleeker, neater and stronger.

There is something so satisfying about watching a vision come to life over a single weekend. ✨

I picked up a crochet hook for the first time in September 2025, and today, I’m finally sharing the finished cloud inspired bag. No pattern, purely a one off design.

This piece was all about exploring the balance between structure and shimmer. I used a dense waistcoat stitch in Cream T-shirt yarn to give it that 'Cloud' silhouette, then framed it with a subtle Latte metallic cord for that signature glow. 💎

From the hand-finished tassel to the reinforced internal details, every inch was crafted with heart and imagination. I’ve even added detachable silver hardware so it can transition from a structured shoulder bag to a luxury clutch in seconds.

I’m so proud of how far this journey has come in just four months. What do you think of the Cream and Latte combination?

Would you use it?

These are the same adorable Nordic inspired table Gonks.

Bit the question is, do you prefer the left hat made of cotton, or the right with T-shirt yarn.

Took me a while to source the yarn I wanted to try, so here are both versions.

Let me know which you like best. And they both hold a full set of cutlery.

I’ve been working on a little creation of my own. Used a pattern to give the shape for the top but making my own unique design too. The best of both worlds.

So I thought it was about time to share it with you. Hoping it will continue to impress.

Must admit the Hobbii Carnival yarn is a dream to use. (Colour matching not so simple as plain yarn)

Who said it had to be simple and boring. I’ll have to keep you all updated.

𝑴𝒚 𝒔𝒕𝒐𝒓𝒚, 𝒎𝒚 𝒑𝒖𝒓𝒑𝒐𝒔𝒆

Hi, I’m Lynne, the maker behind Aura Glow Atelier.
I want to share something real with you, not for sympathy, but for insight and strength.

Two years ago, my life changed suddenly.

In December 2023, what looked like a simple pneumonia turned to suspected double pneumonia.
By January 2024, I was admitted to hospital with severe respiratory issues. I spent 10 days there, which should have been longer but they protected me Covid and norovirus by discharging me, keeping me safe.

By February, at Guy’s Hospital, I learned the real reason behind everything:
COP which is an ILD. AND Anti-synthetase syndrome, PL-7 dominant.
A rare autoimmune condition affecting my lungs and muscles.

I began monthly cyclophosphamide infusions, oxygen support, and the long process of rebuilding my health.

It was tough.
It was frightening.
And it was life-changing.

But here’s the important part:

🌟 I didn’t break.

🌟 I adapted.

🌟 I found purpose again.

Crochet entered my life as a hobby, but is now my lifeline.

A way to keep my hands moving.
A way to calm my mind.
A way to bring beauty into difficult days.
A way to create when my body couldn’t do much else.
A way to stay me through everything.

Since then, every stitch has been a little act of resilience.
A quiet promise to myself that slow does not mean weak, and different does not mean less.

I don’t work a 9–5.
I create at my own pace, on my good days, my better days, and the days I simply need to rest.
My business isn’t built on deadlines or pressure.
It’s built on purpose, joy, and intention.

✨ This is my life, my craft, and my way.

✨ And it’s enough, more than enough.

If you’re here because you’ve faced your own battles, physical, emotional, or invisible, I hope my journey gives you a quiet reminder:

You don’t have to be fast.
You don’t have to be perfect.
You don’t have to meet anyone else’s expectations.

You just have to start.
You just have to keep going, slowly and honestly.
Your pace is valid.
Your dreams are valid.
And you can build something beautiful from wherever you are.

Thank you for being here.
Thank you for supporting this little fantasy inspired corner of my world.
And if you’re fighting your own battles, I see you.
We’re stronger than we realise.
