🏠 This was far more than a standard loft conversion.

👉What you're looking at here is the very first stage of a major transformation. To create the new loft space, the existing roof and much of the original first-floor ceiling structure had to be carefully removed before a completely new structural floor, steelwork and roof structure could be built.

👉The goal was simple: maximise every possible centimetre of usable space. By converting the original hipped roof into a gable roof and carefully reworking floor levels, roof heights and structural details, we were able to create a much larger and more practical living area.

👉Projects like this require far more than construction alone. Detailed planning, structural engineering and skilled craftsmanship all come together long before the finished rooms begin to take shape.

For this project, the goal was simple: create a bedroom that feels calm, comfortable and timeless. From the first stages of preparation through to the final finishing touches, every element was chosen to bring the whole room together.

We've lost count of how many times a customer has come to us after dealing with three different contractors on one project. A window fitter here, a renovation company there, someone else for the doors... it can quickly become a headache 🙂

That's one of the reasons we do things differently. Windows, doors, blinds, building materials and full home renovations all under one roof.
