Dear Customer(s),

As of 15th October 2021, our showroom will be closing permanently.

All in-store/stock items are now being sold to clear at various discounted prices i.e. rugs, mats, roll-ends, remnants - Sensible offers will also be considered.

We will be continuing to trade and all existing orders will be fulfilled with payments limited to cash or bank transfer methods only.

As of now and for the time-being we will be unable to accept any new order(s) for supply/fittings beyond the above mentioned date.

Further information on our future service will be announced as soon as possible.

A happy (?) New Year to all...

Following the recent annoucement, the bad news is that it seems our showroom will be closed once again to public access (we will hopefully know a date for reopening around mid-February).

The good news is that we can continue to fulfil and undertake new orders. Please feel free to enquire via email or telephone.

We hope everyone is keeping well.

With the second lockdown upon us, we would like to let everyone know that our suppliers will be continuing to fulfil deliveries, so in most cases we can continue to supply and fit essential carpets/floorings within unoccupied or vacant spaces/properties as necessary.

We are still taking enquiries and making safe arrangements for measuring/sampling/delivery/fitting.

To our customers,

Sunday night the shop experienced a break in, fortunately nothing was taken, but the little low lives have left nothing but damage to our shop. We will try and answer calls and queries as and when we can, but please understand this is a difficult time for us whilst we repair the damage done.

Hello Customers. Due to the very heavy downpour we experienced this afternoon, part of our store has received some water damage. Please bear with us at this time whilst we do what we can.

We hope everyone is keeping well and just wanted to keep eveyone up-to-date.

Our suppliers are gradually returning to normal operations and we can currently accept orders for a wide-but-limited range of carpet/flooring. Please be advised that deliveries are restricted at present so orders may take longer than usual to be fulfilled.

Hello Dorset (& UK),

It appears the country is now in a near 'lockdown' state. We hope everyone will keep safe and well during this uncertain time.

We can currently only assume our business as non-essential, however certain trades can still operate i.e. plumbers, electricians etc. Our understanding is that whilst we can not open our showroom, we can still take enquiries and make visits for measuring & fitting provided we follow the guidelines on social distancing. That being said, some supplies have started to become limited and may affect the fulfillment of orders.

Like us, there are likely many self-employed people unsure of the rules and the long-term effect in may have on incomes and livelihoods. Spending is likely the last thing on most minds right now, as the best we can do is hope that things return to normal soon.

We will be contacting customers to inform, discuss, and keep you up to date as the situation and our understanding develops.

In the meantime, we are still open to all enquiries via email and will assist as much as possible.
