🎨 A little more about our upcoming exhibition…

I'm really looking forward to exhibiting at The Bottleworks in Ouseburn with my close friend and former colleague, the wonderfully talented ceramicist Carole Ann Hall.

Sea, Air, Earth and Hearth brings together my paintings and Carole's ceramics in a conversation between the natural world, observation and imagination. It's been a real pleasure bringing our work together, and we're excited to share it with you.

🥂 Opening Preview: Thursday 22nd October, 5–8pm

📍 The Bottleworks, 8 Riverside Walk, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE6 1LX

🗓️ Exhibition open: 23rd–27th October, 12 noon–5pm daily

We'll have drinks and nibbles at the preview, and everyone is welcome. It would be lovely to see some familiar faces, meet new people, and share what we've been working on. Please feel free to bring friends and family!

🎨 New Art Drop: The Bird Collection 🎨

I’ve been quietly working away in the studio on a broad selection of artwork, and today I'm excited to share a series built around a particular theme that has really inspired me.
This collection brings together two passions: my love for ornithology and rich, decorative, semi-abstract design. By pairing realistic birds with highly stylized botanical backgrounds and hand-applied gold leaf, these pieces are designed to catch the light in any room.
This is just the beginning—I hope to continue developing this theme in preparation for an upcoming exhibition this Autumn!

🎨 New Art Drop: The Bird Collection 🎨

I’ve been quietly working away in the studio on a broad selection of artwork, and today I'm excited to share a series built around a personal interest.

This particular collection brings together two of my favorites, for ornithology and rich, semi-abstract design. By pairing realistic birds with highly stylized botanical backgrounds and hand-applied gold leaf, these pieces are designed to be colourful, whilst catching the light beautifully throughout the day in any room.

This is just the beginning—I hope to continue developing this theme in preparation for an upcoming exhibition with a soon-to-be-announced brilliant local artist this Autumn.
