Keep the cold out & the cosy in 🍂🤎

Colder nights are creeping in which means… It’s the PERFECT time to think about keeping your home warm & comfortable.

Well fitted shutters can actually help reduce heat loss through windows & here’s how to make the most of them:

❄️ Keep the warmth in - Closing your shutters as the evening draws in adds an extra layer of insulation and helps reduce heat loss through your windows.

☀️ Make the most of the sunshine - Open your shutters during sunny winter days to let natural warmth from the sun into your home.

📏 The importance of a good fit- Shutters fitted into your windows can help minimise gaps and improve insulation.

According to the British Blind & Shutter Association (BSSA) Blinds * shutters can play a valuable role in improving the energy efficiency of your home. With the right approach your window dressings can help you stay comfortable throughout the seasons.

Not only beautiful but practical for your home too, what’s not to LOVE? 🩵

If you’re thinking about shutters for your home, get in touch with our team now to arrange a free home visit and add an extra layer of cosiness this winter.
