This isn’t a floor. It’s a statement…

In this beautiful Whitley Bay home, Amtico Signature in Marlow Oak flows through the entire downstairs in the timeless Basketweave, a laying pattern that turns the floor itself into the centrepiece of every room.

Framing it all, a border plank defined by a 6mm design strip in Polished Gold. A fine, gleaming line that traces the edge of the space and catches the light as you move through it. It’s the kind of detail you only get when a floor is designed, not just chosen.

Thinking about Amtico flooring for your home in the North East?

As an Amtico Premium Partner, we design and supply luxury flooring tailored to your space. From first sample to final selection, we’ll help you get every detail right.
