“Excellent. Service was great, quote competitive, Jordan spent a lot of time with me discussing options, even telling me not to buy some things as he didn't think they would help me (so I felt very honestly treated, rather than just sold things I didn't need). Another big national company hassled me endlessly, quoting very high and then calling with "£££ off if you sign today" scams, unlike Ken Rhodes, who gave me a great price, great spec for my needs, and stuck to it.
Fitting was prompt after ordering, on time and nicely done, with zero mess left behind. Went above and beyond with the window frame (beautifully done and in hardwood, which I was not expecting!) around the big, bifold window.
The window itself looks great, has a very smooth action, and feels very nicely made. The tinted, soundproof glass works well. 15 year warranty is a fantastic thing to have, too.
I will definitely use this company again.”
