Now that I have an allotment I've been thinking more about preserving food.
I was given a large back of pears, so I made jam.
To be honest there's more sugar gone into the jam than there is finished jam, but it tastes so good 😊

I love miniatures, of anything really and these cute little miniature bottles were in a job lot I acquired this week. Very 1970s in parts, reminiscent of my childhood, the wire wrapped bottle and the two headed bottles in rafia 🩵

It was so full of weeds, they grow so well, I hadn't been for a few weeks.
However it was an enjoyable few hours spent outside in peace and nature. And a bit of produce was gathered.
