⭐️ A very special visitor to Faodail! ⭐️

We were absolutely delighted to welcome the brilliant Bill Paterson into the shop today! 🎬

For anyone who recognises that unmistakable face and voice, Bill has had an incredible career spanning film, television, theatre and radio. He’s perhaps best known to many for playing Fleabag’s dad in the hit BBC series Fleabag, but his many other credits include Auf Wiedersehen Pet, Outlander, The Witches, Miss Potter, Doctor Who, Good Omens and The Repair Shop.

It was an absolute pleasure to meet him — a real honour to have such a familiar face pop through our doors! 👏

We are proud to sponsor Bill’s event this evening at the Wigtown Book Festival 📚

I had my first opportunity for a wander around the Wigtown Book Festival today and I’m so glad I did! 📚✨

Listen to how fantastic The Merlin Boys were - and not to mention how smart they looked!….. keep up the good work boys 🪕🪕🪕
After their performance, they popped into Faodail and were intrigued by the old coins. 🪙🪙🪙
