About to hit the cinema screens, I thought I’d share my recent makes. Literary inspired necklaces. Glass baubles with strips of preloved book pages, quilled and held inside by an intricate brass cap. Have gone back to my jewellery making roots today. Loved it ❤️

I’ve made time for ME this week by heading into my little shed {sanctuary} every evening so far.
I was losing who I was a little at the very beginning of the year… I feel like I’m slowly finding me again.
These pieces have made their way to part of the very special social enterprise that is where my Jack is a ‘printer’ every Thursday.
With so little in the community for our young people with additional needs, this really is a wonderful setting. Hidden Treasures has had a beautiful revamp ready for the new year with some absolutely gorgeous gifts. Pop along and take a look sometime. Support is so very appreciated ❤️

After, quite frankly, a rough few weeks…I’m delighted to reopen my Etsy shop.
All pieces will be gift wrapped for you.
I am hoping to add more pieces in the coming days, including my bauble bookish necklaces…

My one Christmas fair is done 🤭
The last couple of months haven’t gone to plan.

My Etsy shop will reopen tomorrow and will be stocking my little pieces in the lead up to Christmas.

Thank you everyone that continues to support me with your likes, comments, shares and orders.

Making things is a real labour of love. I’m simply Claire for a little while, finding a little peace with each sequin I sew🪡 ✨

- pulling out of a fair…

Has broken my heart a little. Tomorrow, I was supposed to be holding a stall .eco.christmas fair and due to recent events, being a full time carer/mummybird to two of my precious young men, well… I just haven’t been able to manage everything. I would have maybe held a half hearted stall and frankly, I just couldn’t do that. I like to give my all.
I know that it will be a magical event, just like the last couple that I’ve attended and I’m beyond gutted not to be able to attend. But, I’ve had to give myself a bit of a talking to… and “take one day at a time”.
Some of my recent pieces have made their way over to and I will reopen my Etsy shop soon.
Overwhelmed by the kindness of folk.
