Please help and support us in changing the UK Fire regulations for upholstered furniture to have less harmful chemicals in them.

The form to fill in takes 3 minutes and the answer to all questions is ‘Agree’ please also state if you are an upholsterer. That is key.

Collaborating with clients within their homes is always a privilege - an opportunity to celebrate craftsmanship, innovation, and considered design at the highest level.

For this remarkable Manor house in Dorset, the challenge was to create a solution worthy of an extraordinary stairwell; something timeless and entirely bespoke.

One of the most effective ways to make a room feel more design-led and quietly luxurious is to rethink the ceiling colour.

Brilliant white is the default, but it can be the reason a space feels flat and unresolved.

In this edit, I share alternative ceiling tones that introduce depth, warmth and cohesion — and subtly transform the entire feel of a room.

I think we can all agree that last night’s episode of was a wonderful one. Incredible stories of determination, talent and courage.

I don’t have favourites, as you know, but .j.newsham and her formidable Dick, Kerr Ladies really struck me in so many ways.

In the face of a ban that went on for 50 years (!!), they carried on. Through difficult circumstances, shame and judgement, they kept going with a sport they loved—and were world champions in 💪🏻⚽️

Reflecting on the incredible achievements of these women, and also our very own in recent years, could it be the Dick, Kerr Ladies—and all the other women’s clubs up and down the country—who paved the way for where we are in women’s football today? Are we standing on their shoulders? In many ways, yes, we are.

It’s Gail’s hope to exhibit this scrapbook and more memorabilia in Preston—and when that time comes, it won’t be a moment too soon. was the perfect person for the job, and the restoration was nothing short of mind-blowing.

To Gail’s mission and the Dick, Kerr Ladies 🥂🫡⚽️
