Smart Home team successfully handed over a media wall project today, and the client was delighted with the final outcome. With the help of MK Interiors the installation features lots of storage within the cabinetry and shelving. Fixed shelves include dimmable LED lighting which is wirelessly controlled. A Sony OLED Bravia 8 mark 2 55 inch TV installed on the main wall giving the best of visuals and sound. A Dimplex recessed Evolve 50 electric fire gives the wall a finishing touch. Not just visuals but warmth at the touch of a button.

We are very pleased with creating a sleek and modern finish media wall for our client.

The Smarthome Team was trying to wind down for the Christmas period however we managed to get one more media wall finished. Our client wanted a no clutter small wall with a recessed fire, great visual and audio TV with all sources hidden. We listened, designed and delivered just in time for Christmas.
Our wall consists of a Sony 55” OLED TV with an acoustic forward firing audio screen and amazing 4K visual picture. A Dimplex Evolve 50 to give that ambient feel plus warmth. All sources hidden in the wall including an add on wall plate for further external sources to be plugged into.

Our client in Dorchester asked the SMARTHOME Team to design a media wall with storage and house a 3D fire plus a Sony OLED TV. The colour had to match the kitchen and surrounding units in the home. Needed to be done before Christstmas so we delivered ! Help from MK interiors we came up with a sleek modern design which tied in gracefully. We added dimmable LED Tape lights above the unit plus shelves giving a very warm feel. Soft close cabinet doors plus media sockets inside to allow up to 2 extra sources to be plugged in at any time to the TV. Our client was over the moon with the finished outcome.

Another great design from the Smarthome Team and MK interiors which was handed over this week !
Our client did not want to see any clutter so we came up with a design with plenty of storage and shelf space. All sources are hidden away neatly within the cabinetry. A 65” OLED TV compliments the wall and gives our client great viewing and sound. To add that extra warmth we installed a Dimplex Evolve electric fire with an oak log set which further compliments the wall.
Dimmable wireless switching LED strip lighting in diffusers built into the shelving gives that extra elegance whether they are on full or dimmed.

Check out this stunning media wall created by our talented Smarthome Team at Dacombes of Wimborne! Our client wanted a sleek, modern design with clever storage pockets built right into the acoustic panels—and we delivered.

We added dimmable LED strip lighting in stylish diffusers to bring a soft, ambient glow to the pockets and highlight the wall’s clean lines. To complete the look, we installed a Dimplex Evolve electric fire with an extra log feature for that warm, contemporary finish.

The setup is powered by the best in entertainment—LG OLED screen paired with a Sonos Arc soundbar package—for an incredible home experience that looks as good as it sounds.

A client asked our Smart Home Team “Can we build a media wall for them based on their design?”. Our answer was “Yes, we can!”.
With some advise given and few tweaks here and their we built the wall for them within three days. The Wall consists of a 3 mtr solid oak semi floating cabinet and a 160 cm electric fire. A recessed 2.5 mtr TV panel pretruding out of the wall in a marble effect which will house a 65” TV plus LED Cob tape behind to give an ambient feel to the overall wall. To finish the wall we added medium stained oak acoustic panels. The audio system and TV has not been installed as yet, these will be added on second fix later in the year.. the wall when finished will have a passive sound bar and Inceiling speakers combination powered by an AV receiver.

(Please note, due to changes and 2nd fix timeline the wall is not 100% finished)

The all New Monitor Audio Creator In Wall models launched today. They have three sizes : Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3. From a two driver arrangement to three. The speakers allow us to create areas of high performance sound in cinema rooms or in our media walls giving you the sound you want and need for cinema audio.
The range will be available from the end of September.

Over the last few months our Smarthome Team have been helping Dave from Key Digital Agency Ltd in Dorchester to develope a cloud based digital solution for Highlands End Holiday Park in Eype Bridport.
We now have installed digital Monitors around the park for you to interact with. Key Digital has created a cloud based interactive software which intergrates into a combination of static and touch screen monitors which allow you to see all amenities within the park on a day to day or weekly basis including access to booking any appointments for leisure and well being.
This has now given the park a new insight to how digital exposure can help and move them forward for the future.
