Intimate Dining at Gilpin Spice ✨

​There is something incredibly magical about designing florals for an intimate dining setting, especially against the dark, textured backdrop of Gilpin Spice.

​For this tablescape, it was all about layering rich textures and deep tones to complement the vibrant, atmospheric interior:

​The Textures & Tonal Palette: A sultry, sophisticated mix of fiery calla lilies, velvety orchids, and soft, romantic roses, contrasted against the structural drama of tall Eremurus and deep plum scabiosa. The palette balances warm corals and soft creams with moody jewel tones.

​The Containers: To enhance the eclectic, spice-inspired vibe, we styled the stems in a curated mix of small, ribbed ceramic bud vases and organic metallic vessels, keeping the heights varied and the view lines open.

​The Candles: Towering, serene blue pillar candles encased in sleek glass hurricanes anchor the table, ready to cast a warm, ambient glow as the evening unfolds.

​After months of planning, packing, and a fair bit of heavy lifting, we have officially settled into a space that feels like absolute magic. This new home gives us the perfect environment to do what we love most—crafting abundant, unforgettable floral designs.

​An Expanded Creative Workshop: With plenty of room for our signature seasonal blooms, we now have the ultimate canvas to design everything from grand installations to daily delights.

​The Bridal Appointment Area: A beautifully dedicated, relaxed space designed entirely for our couples. We can’t wait to sit down with you here, have a cup of tea, and bring your wedding flower dreams to life.

​Our Chief Welcoming Officer: Of course, no visit is complete without a warm, wagging welcome from Poppy! Our four-legged friend has already claimed her favorite sunny spot and is fully ready for head scratches.

Bold Burgundy Florals

​Broadoaks gardens were the setting for Paris and Mike's wedding.

​The classic white wedding gazebo is completely transformed by striking, sculptural floral installations. Instead of standard, muted pastels, this design embraces drama with deep, rich burgundy tones that perfectly mirror the surrounding summer foliage.

​The Palette & Texture

​The contrast is what makes this setup so captivating. The deep wine and burgundy shades are balanced by soft blush roses, crisp white hydrangeas, and unique, architectural anthuriums. The varying heights—achieved by placing arrangements on staggered white plinths—create a dynamic visual frame for the couple as they say their vows.

​If you are planning an outdoor celebration, don't be afraid to go bold with your florals. Deep, moody tones can bring an unexpected touch of elegance to a sun-drenched garden setting.

About the build

Inspired by Eliza and Jamie's brief we created a classic white-and-green palette which is utterly timeless and elegant. We wanted to balance traditional luxury with soft, organic movement and create a look that's both stately and romantic.

​How we did it

​The secret to this sophisticated design lies in its curated mix of textures:

​The Foundation: Lush peonies and roses provide grand, structured romance.

​The Movement: Delicate sweet peas and lily of the valley add airy texture and incredible fragrance.

​The Twist: Spherical white alliums introduce a touch of modern, sculptural interest.

​The Styling

​The Bouquets: Designed with an organic, "breathing" silhouette rather than a tight mound. They perfectly complement the bridesmaids' soft sage dresses and the bride's intricate lace veil.

​The Arch: A lush, deconstructed installation framing the historic church doors. By mixing heavy foliage with pockets of white blooms, it looks as though it naturally grew up the stone walls—creating the ultimate frame for the newlyweds.

​What a truly spectacular day for Eliza and Jamie’s wedding! The entire day is pure magic, from a beautiful church service framed with a lush floral entrance to drinks in the breathtaking gardens of Casterton Grange

Contemporary elegance meets Lake District charm. ✨

We are absolutely head over heels for this sculptural, modern floral installation at the stunning Linthwaite House. By playing with varying heights, clean geometric plinths, and a crisp palette of ivory and sage, we created a breathtaking focal point that complements the space without overwhelming it.

The star players? Majestic calla lilies, plush hydrangeas, and striking anthuriums, all draped in soft, flowing textiles to add just the right touch of romantic texture. 🕊️🌿

Alex and Dom kept things close to home for their big day, and honestly, why go anywhere else when your own grounds look like this? The vibe was perfectly relaxed, but the florals brought some serious "wow" factor to the party.

​We leaned into the best of the season with locally grown Windermere tulips and delicate blossom, creating a look that felt like it had just organically grown up around the celebration.

​The Floral Highlights:

​The Ceremony Frame: Rambling foliage installations that climbed the stone hearth, creating a wild, romantic backdrop for the "I dos."

​The Marquee Statement: A massive hanging installation over the bar, featuring those stunning Windermere tulips suspended in mid-air to bring the garden right inside the canvas.

​Abundant Texture: From the reach of the blossom branches to the rich, moody tones tucked into the greenery, it was all about that lush, gathered-from-the-meadow feel.
