✨ A BRILLIANT WASTE OF TIME ✨
Our submission for the Light Up The North competition.
Designed as an immersive suspended installation, this piece transforms recycled plastic milk cartons into a living, breathing wave of light — proving that waste can become something extraordinary.

Using the seven senses as inspiration, we created a multi-sensory environment of wonder, reflection and connection. Responsive light, sound and movement react to the people beneath it, encouraging audiences to pause, engage and reflect on our relationship with the oceans and the materials we throw away.

More than an installation, it’s an experience designed to evoke awe, calm and curiosity — a reminder that beauty and meaning can emerge from the discarded. 🌊✨

✨ Introducing the NEW Bridal Suite at Hunday Manor Hotel ✨
A luxurious transformation designed to feel as unforgettable as the day itself. Set within the beautiful castellated sandstone manor house overlooking the sea on the west coast of Cumbria, the new interiors blend heritage charm with contemporary elegance.

Using our seven-senses design approach, we created immersive spaces rich in texture, ambient lighting and calming tones — including a dedicated bridal dressing room, illuminated mirrors and bespoke bay seating overlooking the gardens.

I needed a good excuse to get fit & back in shape… so I’m swimming 10k in May for a local charity Stricklandgate House in Kendal.

Day 1 began with a few technical hitches…

1. I nearly didn’t make it into the pool as I couldn’t unlock the WC door! 🙄😬🤣 But thankfully managed to jiggle the lock open.

2. Bought a pair of snazzy headphone for playing music whilst swimming & also for tracking my progress. Discovered the Headphone Bluetooth don’t work very well underwater, and the tracker doesn’t work well either!

Anyway… good job I was counting. Today I swam 100 lengths at Choices 15m pool, so that’s 1.5k down! 💥💃

What if architecture could *Feel* you back?

**Life Line** is more than a journey between two emotional worlds.
From calm to tension, intensity & release. From within… to the horizon.

You start on the edge of the world.
Drawn toward a quiet, glowing circle on the cliff… something pulling you forward.

You decend into stillness.
A circular concrete space, wrapped in soft light and living greens. 🌿✨
It’s quiet. Grounding. A moment to breathe.
A slow spiral inward… the light fading, your senses sharpening.

The red passage awaits.
Intense. Enclosing. Alive.
You feel it in your chest, in your pace, in your thoughts.
And just when it builds—
you’re released.

The sea opens in front of you. 🌊
Waves crashing against the glass.
Air, space, horizon.

From calm → to tension → to release.
Because life isn’t one feeling.
It’s the movement between them.
