Finally come to the decision to add daffodils to keep in fitting with the welsh names!!

Matching baubles for a pair of granddaughters - white baubles with silver snowflakes and names finished with a segment of daffodils!!

A silver and white combo - I usually put a colour in so the details stand out but I think this has worked well making the white snowflakes really pop!!

So an early start and finish this year.. the brushes are officially down.. and luckily all orders can be shared too!!

Kicking off this years orders with a bauble & canvas duo..
Almost a tradition in itself, a beloved fur baby goes over rainbow bridge = a bauble and 9x12" canvas painted.

Little man Bailey reached the grand old age of 20!! So is rightfully the definition of 'golden oldie'

Same picture used for both pieces and the bauble is finished to match the previously painted - green band decorated with poinsettia flowers finished with gold detail.

‼️IMPORTANT‼️

Due to some delightfully exciting news my painting time will be cut extremely short this year.

I will be aiming to complete all existing orders before the end of October and will not be taking on anymore orders to be completed for this year after then.

So I please ask, if anyone would like baubles, or anything else, painting for this Christmas.. please get in touch sooner rather than later.

The brushes will be put down from the end of October with the exeption of finishing off any orders placed before then.
I do have some time off in January, so if you'd be happy to receive after Christmas I can add you to my book to be completed in the New Year.

Once again.. thankyou to everyone for their continued support and sorry for any inconviences.

Always want to start by thanking everyone for their continued support.. customers - new/old/repeat, page followers, post sharers and likers!! It all helps so - THANK YOU!!

Given the continuation of prices going up all over I'm afraid I'm having to make a small increase to my prices but not to worry they are remaining affordable!!

Please feel free to ask for an up to date price list and please keep in mind that items are always available so long as I can source them - but I will always try to give as much notice for anything I can't source or need to find a new stockist.

That being said - my order book is always open!! Please feel free to message to discuss and maybe add to my existing 5 orders!!

Rhona - 16.2hh 19yo Irish Draught x Bay Mare

Up to date with jabs, teeth and feet - well behaved for all. Recently transitioned to a bare foot trimmer and is adapting well. She does stiffen in her hip and has slight arthritis in her hocks but this does not affect her day to day life and is managed with quarterly physio appointments.

Will not suit a novice or nervous person as she will test her rider when pushed forward but once ridden through her tantrum she rides like a dream. Nice floaty paces whilst working in an outline.

Always snaffle mouthed.

Low milage for her age.

She will hack alone or in company but is forward and nosey, so needs a confident rider. She is good in traffic but is wary of louder/larger vehicles especially if coming from behind.

Good to load.

Currently turned out in a single paddock but has been in a pair and large herd with no issues but she can be dominant. Has lived out over summer but is happy to come in with a hay net.

Hasnt been diagnosed or treated for sweet itch but does struggle in fly season, is managed through mane washes and fly rugs & masks.

Comes with tack and full wardrobe

Last group of 2024 to share with you all..

Quite the menagerie this time with 2 horses.. 2 dogs and a sheep - yes, a sheep!!
My first time paiting a sheep and I can say I'm extremely pleased with how she turned out!!

All baubles are white faced with a bright red band, with exception to one in reverse style, finished with silver details..

Salsa.. Uniona.. Blue.. Oscar.. Ethel 🥰🐎🐕🐑

Another doggie duo.. and yes you're seeing double!!

Something I do try to avoid, is multiple portraits from the same picture.. I always try my best to get each portrait as close to the real image as I can, having a second portrait adds another image to compare to - making the job twice the challenge!!
But I am extremely pleased with how they've all turned out!!
