We supply and fit PVCu products across Central Scotland. 𝗗𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗼𝘄𝘀 & 𝗗𝗼𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝗳𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆-𝗿𝘂𝗻 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝘁 𝗼𝗻 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲

Kieran Dolan has been fitting windows and doors since 2008, following in the footsteps of his father Jim, who fitted his first hand-built sash and case window in 1978. That experience continues to shape how we work today. Kieran is personally involved in every survey, every quotation, and every installation, ensuring everything is done properly from start to finish. Kieran is a fully qualified joiner with advanced craft training and HNC Construction, and is a Velux Certified and VEKA Approved installer. There are no salespeople and no pressure. Just honest advice based on what works best for your home. All quotations are carried out through a short home visit, where you can see product samples and options in a relaxed setting. We work with a small team of trusted, long-standing colleagues, allowing us to maintain high standards across every job. We take pride in doing things properly and making the process simple for our customers.

I know we did an introduction a couple of months ago, but we’ve had a few new faces join us since then… so hi! 👋

I’m Kieran, the face behind Dolan Windows & Doors.

I work across North Lanarkshire, South Lanarkshire, Glasgow and surrounding areas, helping homeowners with everything from replacement windows and doors to bigger transformations.

One thing I’ve always wanted Dolan Windows & Doors to be known for is doing things properly. No pushy sales tactics, no telling you something needs replacing when a repair could do the job, just honest advice, quality products and workmanship I’m proud to put my name to.

You’ll see plenty of our recent jobs on this page, along with before & afters, useful advice and a look at what goes into the work behind the scenes.

So if you’re new here, welcome! And if you’ve been following for a while, thanks for sticking around. 🙌

Proud to support a wonderful cause. 💙

We’re delighted to have sponsored the kits in support of Held In Our Hearts, a charity doing incredible work supporting families through the loss of a baby.

It’s a privilege to play a small part in supporting such a meaningful cause and helping raise awareness of the important work they do.

A huge well done to everyone involved! 👏
Be sure to head over to In Our Hearts to find out more about the amazing work they do.

The past couple of days have been spent in Scotland attending the VELUX VIP Partner Programme!

A fantastic opportunity to visit the VELUX head office in Glenrothes, take part in some valuable training and discussions, and gain further insight into their products and expertise.

We also enjoyed some time in Edinburgh, with a lovely evening of food, networking and entertainment.

A big thank you to the VELUX team for the invitation and hospitality. It’s always great to continue learning, building relationships and bringing that knowledge back into the work we do.
