Scroll for the before and progress pictures!

The new bathroom is taking shape at this rental property refurb in Woking. It was in desperate need of an update - it looked tired and outdated.

We are maximising the space by replacing the bath tub with a large shower and adding lots of storage for the everyday essentials. The floor and wall tiles are slip proof and kept neutral. The highlight and focal point will be the basin area - a pop of deep blue tiles, combined with natural wood finoshed storage cabinets, to enhance the feeling of grounding and rejuvenating.

Final stage at the Woking project. Currently, the kitchen is getting fitted at this rental property.

The staircase structure penetrating into the kitchen was aesthetically, and in terms of available space, a huge problem. We added bespoke boxes underneath for additional storage and, to mainly, visually repeat the geometric shape. The wall units have been cladded all the way up to the ceiling to visually make the space feel larger.

A different perspective of the property I'm currently working on. Sunlight shining through the house from the south-west, indoor lighting accentueting paintings and walls and the kitchen wall tiles 🤔

The kitchen units are in a warm pebble, marble effect compact laminate, and an earthy cork flooring.

I love using 3d renderings to make a final decision of my choices. Here, I have glazed inc blue wall tiles in a herringbone pattern to add contrast to the generally calm scheme. Is it too dark? Is it perfect? What's your opinion?
