ions - all are considered ! The carvings will be made using real pumpkins. There will be a limit on how long they can last. They do get lots of attention though, and what better way to celebrate Hallowe'en than with a carving of one of your favourite designs? Carvings can be done using Watermelons during other times of the year. Contact with requests and to check availability. Get any bookings in early during Hallowe'en as the slots for the season will go fast !

This year's pumpkins.

I can't believe that I've been doing this for eighteen years now!

When I first started, I didn't think I'd be any good at it, and, even now, there's always so much to learn each year!

Happy Hallowe'en everyone!

I hope you all enjoy the pumpkins I carve, especially after last year, I didn't know if I was going to do it again, but it has become something of an expectation in the little community where we live.

As ever, I won't be around to witness the reactions, because I'll be out walking our dog, who gets too excited with all the trick or treaters.

Which one do you think will be the most popular this year?

(Actually, that's a little unfair, because there's still one more to finish...)

You could say that the only reason I agreed to carve the logo for a local pizza company was so that I could add Van Halen music with the word "pizza" in it...

I mean, you wouldn't it past me, would you?

They don't agree with putting pineapple on pizza, but they were all for combining all things pumpkins with them!

They are fabulous pizzas. The absolute best!

Thankfully, unlike the song title, you still can get this stuff!

When I was first asked if I wanted to carve a Beatles pumpkin, I thought...

"Nahhh...

(Na na na na na nahhhh)"

I wondered whether I'd need some Help with it. But I took my carving tools and with a little twist and shout, I made it all come together, yesterday.

This was a gift for a dear, kind friend of ours.

I left the torch visible in there, because, you know, I still haven't got over being accused of photoshopping...
