Haven’t done anything like this for a while. I’ve not really been in the headspace for it. But now there is space and it was so enjoyable to create 😉🙏

Some pieces of this abstract creation must be over 100 years old at least. Just bits I’ve collected as I’ve gone along. They catch your eye, and you know they will work in some as-yet un-manifested composition.

Spent Friday in beautiful Henley-in-Arden fitting these new railings.

Looks like I’ll be back quite soon - I was asked to create some new decorative rails for their beautiful back garden too, which will work with the existing sculptures they already have in this really lovely space. 😜🙏

Railings job for my dad’s mate now complete and looking super-smart 🙏🙏 Simple, elegant and the perfect way to finish off this recent renovation.

My dad should have done this job but the poor bu**er has been in hospital since the day after I met him there to look at this job six weeks ago. So many ops and procedures and he still has some distance to go but we know he’s in the very best of hands 🙏🙏

This is the first job I’ve ever fit solo. My dad, who’s taught me everything I know steel-wise was proper gutted he couldn’t be there to help me - as was I 😬, but his absence is thankfully only temporary 🙏

The manufacture and fit went beautifully and the customer is delighted. I’d planned meticulously for every eventuality and so glad I did.

All forms of manifestation, prayer and healing will be very gratefully accepted to get the old bu**er back in the workshop as soon as possible. ❤️😉🥰😘🙏

A recent bespoke commission, created to solve an issue of balance in this stunningly designed and curated London apartment. That amazing high ceiling was just waiting for a statement creation to tie the room together.
This Mondrian-inspired bedhead was entirely hand-made in mild steel, to match the profile of the existing bedframe and then powder-coated in the same color.

The result exceeded everyone’s expectations (including my own!) which is always the best outcome one could wish for. It worked beautifully 🙏 The client is now waiting for the custom-made hanging cushion pad which will hang from the bar you can see running horizontally in the centre. Can’t wait to see it fully complete 😜🙏

I’m a bit obsessed with the garden, and probably will be until October.

The obsession with knowing every inch of it, what’s planted, what’s to come, what needs a helping hand, the surprises that pop up! (The beautiful red poppy appeared overnight! 🤩🙏). Got 3 resident frogs, and a solitary newt in the pond, and they all seem very happy. Gutted to have missed the fearsome-looking dragonfly larva I’ve had my eye for the last two years transform and fly away…saw the empty shell clinging to a reed in the pond yesterday! I had looked literally everyday in the hope of seeing it emerge and I missed the bu**er! Still - I love that the pond has become such a haven for wildlife in such a short time.

Veggies and produce are coming along nicely too. And haven’t brought a bag of salad for over a month now…and home grown is way tastier believe me and we’re eating more than ever. The veg bed itself and actually loads of you on here I follow are teaching me so much about growing our own food. It’s incredibly liberating and rewarding.
The rose climbing frame I made is now completely full of bees who have nested in the hollow section of the frame. It’s amazing how nature just crowbars its way into every corner if you let it 😜🙌🙏🤩

This little creation was a bespoke commission I delivered yesterday. The hand-engraved numbers have a great significance to the intended recipient and I’m reliably assured that they will absolutely love it.

I love that this has become a deeply personal piece in this way. To everyone else it is a piece of abstract sculpture (hopefully 😜). To the donor and the recipient it is also that, but one that is encrypted in a way only they can understand. I love that a piece can connect people in this way 🙌🙏

I’m about to get started on the production of this wall-mounted bed head design for a client in London.

To be trusted to design something unique to compliment an already beautifully curated and designed interior is a real honour. has worked magic in this incredible living space, and will also create the cushion element of this project. I do love a collab, especially with someone with such expertise and experience because one always learns from it 🙏
