We believe every room has a role to play.

Our large-scale projects often bring together multiple amenity spaces, each designed to evoke a different feeling, support a different purpose, and shape the resident experience in its own way.

That’s why we never overlook the smaller spaces. Every room, corridor, corner, and threshold is an opportunity to add something to the experience — creating a scheme that feels considered, cohesive, and exceptional from beginning to end.

Meet Viktoria, our Senior Interior Designer with a particular talent for residential design ✨

Her imagination is her strength - creating distinctive, characterful interiors while always staying true to the client brief, personality and individual interests.

True to TEN’s design ethos, Viktoria weaves wellness into every design decision - from product selection and layout studies, to lighting treatment and the way a space makes you feel.

We can’t wait to share her latest designs for a private residential project in Amsterdam.

Spaces you want to go to work for 💻

We put just as much thought into our commercial projects as we do residential and hospitality — because we believe every moment of your day should be spent in an inspiring space.

3D vs. reality — indistinguishable.

From the initial design through to ex*****on on site, we stay involved to ensure the finished space reflects the original vision.

Our FF&E specification and procurement is instrumental in bringing the design to life, with styling adding the finishing touches before handover.

Excited to share a first glimpse of our residential project taking shape in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦

Our client’s vision was to create a new standard of living: bringing international design and quality together with the richness, character and authenticity of Saudi culture.

A project rooted in place, with a distinctly contemporary perspective.

Interior design and architecture aren’t the same thing — and knowing the difference matters.

They’re two distinct disciplines, each bringing a different set of skills and expertise to a project. Together, they create spaces that work beautifully, inside and out.

In our latest journal, we unpack the roles, strengths and purpose of each — and why you want both on your next project, big or small.
